May 12^th – Tour of the Milburys

Mike Simpson had a brilliant 2^nd in the time trial and 4^th in the road race for an overall 4^th placing when sprint primes were totalled up.  See the Forum for a full report.

May 12^th – 50 Mile TT

Nick Bradbury took part in the H50/8 on Sunday and recorded a PB of 2.11 for a 50 mile TT. 

May 16^th – 10 Mile TT 

On Wednesday 16^th evening Nick Bradbury, Hamish Floyd and Chris Mann took part in the H10/2 TT on the A4 organised by Middlesex Road Club. On a mild night with not much wind Nick blasted a PB of 24:04, Hamish recorded 24:23 with Chris coming in around 28 mins. The Middlesex Road Club 10 Mile TT's now take place every Wednesday night starting at 7.45 pm and are low key events. Meet near the Maidenhead Business Park at 7.15 pm to sign on.

May 21^st - Reading Velodrome Track Meet - 19:10

10 lap "Hare and Hounds" - A riders one side of track, B riders other side with the goal to stay in front of A's.

Derny 15 lap heats & final "B" and Ladies 

12 lap Points Race "A" riders 

20km Scratch Race 

May 27^th - West London Combine TT, H25/4 Course at great Missenden

Wayne Thomas had a fine second place on Sunday to move up the rankings for this 12 race series. Member standings after 3 races are as follows:
